The funds raised support DD4D’s advocacy and outreach efforts, allowing us to continue to create awareness, educate and actively recruit young Black men and women 17-35 to join Canada’s national stem cell registry. Funds also directly support our Gift-A-Patient and Emergency Relief grant initiatives, offering vital financial assistance to patients in treatment or recovering from treatment with everyday expenses like rent, food and prescription medications.
